Arrival of Executive Committee 
CWP Steering Committee meeting 
36th CPA Small Branches Conference (day 1) 
             1st Plenary: Critical Mass: Small Jurisdictions and big problems – Logistics and Infrastructure challenges to meet small jurisdiction expectations to achieve the same service levels as larger ones.
Meeting of Regional Secretaries
Co-ordinating Committee Meeting followed by Performance and Review Subcommittee meeting

(DAY 3) FRIDAY 3 November
Executive Committee Meetings (including Finance Subcommittee and Planning & Review Subcommittee)
36th CPA Small Branches Conference (day 2)
              2nd Plenary: Parliamentary innovations in small jurisdictions in the face of financial and human resource challenges.
              3rd Plenary: The role of Parliament in Combating Corruption.
              4th Plenary: The role of Parliament in meeting the challenges of protecting territorial waters.
Dinner for Executive Committee Members, Small Branches Conference Delegates, CWP Steering Committee – hosted by Chairperson of the Executive Committee, Hon. Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, MP, Speaker of the Parliament of Bangladesh.

(DAY 4) SATURDAY 4 November
Arrival of all Delegates, Observers, Accompanying Persons and Society of Clerks-at-the-Table and other participants.

(DAY 5) SUNDAY 5 November
Official Opening of the 63rd Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference followed by the 1st  Plenary: Address by the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association 
Briefing for delegates, observers and secretaries followed by briefing for workshop moderators, discussion leaders, rapporteurs and session secretaries.
CPA Regional Group Meetings
CPA Secretary-General’s reception for Clerks, Secretaries to Delegations and their spouses/partners and Accompanying Officials.
Dinner hosted by the Speaker of the Parliament of Bangladesh for ALL Participants. 

DAY 6 MONDAY 6 November
Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians (CWP) Business Meeting and gender session plus parallel session on the role of male Parliamentarians in championing gender equality.
Main Conference Workshops:
              Workshop A: Democracy must Deliver: Role of Parliament in addressing the Challenges (Host Branch Topic)
              Workshop B: The role of Parliamentarians in building stronger ties within the Commonwealth: including new trade issues, visa issues, travel restrictions, non-tariff restrictions.
              Workshop C: The Climate Change Debate: A challenge for the Commonwealth?
              Workshop D: Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s): How can CPA Members work with their own governments in ensuring that the SDG goals have a proper gender lens to ensure success in the areas of alleviating poverty and women’s empowerment? (Gender-related Topic)
              Workshop E: Critical Mass: Small jurisdictions and big problems -Logistics and infrastructure challenges (Small Branches Topic)
              Workshop F: CPA Benchmarks for Democratic Legislatures: Progress in the past 10 years
              Workshop G: Giving voice to the youth: Mechanisms for ensuring effective participation of youth in the governance process.
              Workshop H: What factors fuel the rise of different kinds of nationalism? 
Youth Roundtable event with Hon. Chairperson

CPA Commonwealth Parliamentary Lecture (guest speaker to be announced)

63rd CPA General Assembly and the Election of Chairperson of the Executive Committee 
Closing Ceremony including receiving of Plaques for retiring Officers and Executive Committee Members
