“Many of our Commonwealth family members have recently experienced devastating natural and man-made disasters that have resulted in catastrophic damage and sadly, the loss of life. On behalf the entire Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, I wish to convey our deepest sympathies to all those affected by these events.
Many citizens of the Commonwealth are experiencing the overwhelming impact of natural and man-made disasters, and it is in times like these that we must come together, stand ready to support each other, and draw upon the network of friendship which exists within the Commonwealth family.”
