Benchmarking 2.0 Report: Improving Parliamentary Performance in a Tech-Enabled World

A Study Group, jointly organised by the CPA and the National Democratic Institute (NDI), was held in London, UK, May 7-9, 2013. The meeting discussed how Parliamentarians and parliamentary monitoring organizations (PMOs) can harness ICTs to reach new audiences. It also focused on enahncing the ability of citizens to participate in parliamentary work.

The 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference, the CPA's biggest annual gathering, is being hosted by the Parliament of South Africa and will be held in Johannesburg from 28 August to 6 September 2013.
