Commonwealth Parliamentary Seminar, New Delhi, India
From November 24-29, the CPA Secretariat hosted the 22nd Commonwealth Parliamentary Seminar in conjunction with the CPA Indian Branch. Delegates discussed, amongst other topics, "Parliamentary Ethics, Transparency and Accountability", "The Relationship between Parliament and the People" and the "Financial Scrutinity of the Executive".
