Commonwealth Parliamentarian of the Year Award 2022

The below form is to be used for all nominations to the Commonwealth Parliamentarian of the Year Award. The same form can also be used for the various subcategories, including the:

• Parliamentary Equality and Diversity Award;
• New Parliamentarian Award;
• Parliamentarian Life-time Achievement Award

In submitting your nomination, please ensure that you select the correct award category in the Award Type field. Please not that self-nomination is not permitted and will not be considered.

The deadline for nominations is 23rd June 2022.
