The 41st CPA Small Branches Conference will bring together Members of Parliament from the smallest jurisdictions in the Commonwealth to discuss issues relevant to their Legislatures in a series of workshops and governance meetings.

The Conference will follow the meeting of the Steering Committee of the CPA Small Branches network and consists of:

• Four learning and development workshops for Members of Parliament in small jurisdictions
• A Business Meeting of the CPA Small Branches network

The main theme of the 41st CPA Small Branches Conference is: 'Shaping the Future for CPA Small Branches: Strengthening Parliamentary Independence and Capacity in Small Jurisdictions'.

The 41st CPA Small Branches Conference will take place from 7 to 8 October 2025 in the margins of the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference in Barbados (5 to 12 October 2025).

Theme: 'Shaping the Future for CPA Small Branches: Strengthening Parliamentary Independence and Capacity in Small Jurisdictions'

• SB Workshop A: Navigating Challenges, Exploring Priorities – A World Café Dialogue.
• SB Workshop B: Public Accounts Committees: Roles, Challenges and Solutions.
• SB Workshop C: Work-Life Balance and Mental Health for Parliamentarians in CPA Small Branches.
• SB Workshop D: Human Rights and the Legacy of Colonial Laws.
